Tasks:
- Microservices Application Development Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices-based backend applications.
- Cloud-Native Solution Engineering Building and optimizing cloud-native systems using modern cloud and DevOps practices.
- CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation Developing and managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions for automated deployments.
- Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration Working closely with engineering and business teams to deliver resilient and high-quality systems.
- Event-Driven Architecture Implementation Contributing to the design and implementation of event-driven and pub/sub-based architectures.
- Cloud Security and Reliability Management Ensuring security, resilience, and operational best practices across cloud environments.
- Agile Delivery Participation Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing actively to sprint planning and delivery activities.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation Supporting innovation initiatives and improvements in cloud engineering and AI-enabled development processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Software Engineering Experience 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or backend development roles.
- Java and Backend Development Expertise Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern backend application frameworks.
- Cloud Platform Experience Proven experience working with AWS and public cloud-based environments.
- Microservices and API Design Knowledge Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Event-Driven System Experience Experience implementing event-driven architectures and pub/sub communication models.
- DevOps and IaC Skills Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
- Cloud Security and Operational Best Practices Good understanding of cloud security, reliability, and operational engineering standards.
- Agile Collaboration and Communication Skills Experience working in Agile teams with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- AI-Enabled Development Experience Experience with AI-assisted software development practices or AI integration in SDLC.
- DevOps and DevSecOps Background Familiarity with DevOps or DevSecOps engineering practices.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Proactive and Customer-Oriented Mindset Self-driven approach with focus on ownership and customer value delivery.
