EDV Werke is looking for an Sales Specialist
Working Model: Hybrid, Baar, Switzerland
Form of cooperation: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively develop existing businesses and strategies for reaching new prospects and expanding the customer base;
- Client Outreach: Contact clients via telephone, mail and social media channels;
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;
- Client Meetings: Organize and participate in meetings with clients onsite in Switzerland and DACH region (if needed);
- Product Knowledge: Capability to understand and memorize company’s offerings, technology and products;
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries;
- Customer Education: Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services in order to drive engagement;
- Sales Documentation: Prepare presentations, agreements and any other sales documents;
- Administrative Tasks: Administrative work.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency);
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
- Sales/Customer Service Background: Background or experience in Sales/Customer Service min. 2 years;
- IT Industry Experience: Experience in IT industry;
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team Culture: Ability to embrace the team culture approach;
- Adaptability: Works well in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
