Responsibilities:

Data Integration and Management

• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including Microsoft 365, third-party applications, databases, and APIs.
• Utilize Power Automate to create workflows for secure and compliant data storage in Azure.

Power Apps Development

• Develop a Power Apps gamification platform with engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) for secure data visibility and functionality tailored to user roles.
• Create real-time dashboards and scoreboards to drive team performance and engagement.

Gamification Strategy and Deployment

• Apply gamification principles to design features such as leaderboards, badges, and rewards.
• Pilot the solution with 10-15 users, gather feedback, and refine the platform before scaling.
• Expand the solution to accommodate 80 users across 10-12 teams, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Continuous Improvement and CI/CD

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient updates and deployments.
• Monitor system performance and user engagement, providing reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to implement feedback-driven improvements.

Training and Support

• Develop training materials for end-users and administrators to ensure seamless adoption.
• Provide ongoing platform support, promptly addressing issues and implementing enhancements.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure services.
• Strong experience with API integration, Microsoft Graph, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Gamification Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of gamification strategies and game mechanics (e.g., badges, rewards).
• Ability to translate gamification concepts into practical, business-focused solutions.

User Role Management

• Expertise in implementing role-based access control (RBAC) to manage secure user access.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform and Azure solutions.
• Proven track record in developing and scaling gamification solutions in a business environment.
