- Project Coordination Oversight – Oversee the end-to-end coordination of infrastructure and service delivery within assigned EMEA projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and corporate IT standards.
- Single Point of Contact – Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
- Service Delivery Management – Guarantee that all assigned projects meet agreed SLAs, timelines, and quality benchmarks while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Infrastructure Solution Design – Collaborate with Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) architects to assess business needs, define technical solutions, and implement non-standard configurations when required.
- Vendor and Partner Coordination – Manage and align multiple external partners, including Managed Services Providers and third-party suppliers, to ensure seamless delivery of project components and adherence to technical specifications.
- Financial and Resource Control – Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency to ensure optimal financial performance and compliance with approved financial targets.
- Operational Transition Management – Supervise the transition from project implementation to steady-state operations, ensuring proper documentation, training, and handover to support teams.
- Quality Assurance and Acceptance Validation – Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance of infrastructure deliverables, confirming readiness for business use and compliance with service design standards.
- Risk and Issue Management – Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks early, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
- Continuous Improvement – Analyze recurring challenges or inefficiencies within project delivery processes and initiate improvement actions to enhance service quality and delivery speed.
- Stakeholder Communication – Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, project dashboards, and service performance summaries for business and IT leadership.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration – Work closely with global and regional IT teams to ensure consistency of service delivery, adherence to governance frameworks, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Leadership and Mentoring – Provide guidance to project contributors, promoting knowledge sharing, accountability, and a collaborative approach to achieving project goals.
- Customer Relationship Management – Foster strong relationships with local and regional business representatives to ensure ongoing alignment of IT services with evolving business priorities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Education and Certifications – Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with recognized project management and service delivery certifications (PMP and ITIL v3 as mandatory credentials).
- Professional Experience – Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within large-scale, global, or regional rollouts and multi-vendor environments. Demonstrated background in coordinating offshore and outsourced delivery teams.
- Technical Expertise – Exhibit strong technical understanding of infrastructure environments, including Data Centre shared services (servers, SAN, networking, and security components), with familiarity across major vendor technologies such as Cisco UCS, EMC, HP, and VCE.
- Cloud and Service Management Knowledge – Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cloud-based infrastructure services, with mandatory experience in AWS and working knowledge of Azure or other platforms. Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL and ITSM frameworks and best practices for service management.
- Methodology Proficiency – Skilled in managing infrastructure projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, ensuring controlled execution, timely delivery, and adherence to defined standards.
- Operational Awareness – Possess a clear understanding of operational processes, constraints, and service continuity requirements in a global 24x7x365 support model.
- Communication and Documentation – Display excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proven skill in preparing project documentation, service reports, and presentations tailored to technical and business audiences.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management – Capable of managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, including internal IT, business sponsors, and third-party service providers, while ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
- Behavioral Competencies – Demonstrate a collaborative, open-minded approach, thriving in multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. Show resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining service quality.
- Leadership Capabilities – Exhibit strong leadership and project governance skills, effectively guiding cross-functional teams within a complex matrix organization. Able to influence and secure stakeholder commitment toward shared objectives.

- Linguistic Skills – Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively across regional teams and stakeholders.
- Mobility – Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region, based on project or stakeholder requirements.
