Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in designing and maintaining network solutions, particularly focusing on routing and switching technologies.

• The candidate should have hands-on experience working with Juniper, Cisco, and Aruba network technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the network infrastructure.

• A deep understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF, as well as network configurations, is required for effective troubleshooting and network optimization.

• The candidate should have a solid background in network security practices, tools, and standards to ensure network compliance and security.

• The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly resolve network issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

• Experience in configuring and integrating network devices to improve network efficiency and infrastructure is essential for this role.

• Proficiency in monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing network systems for maximum performance is crucial.

• The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of networking standards and best practices for security, design, and management.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.

• The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve complex networking issues.

• Strong communication skills are necessary for explaining technical network issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with network automation tools and techniques to improve network efficiency and reduce manual interventions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust network solutions, focusing primarily on routing and switching to support enterprise-wide operations.

• The role will require you to troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted network performance and minimize downtime.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the network infrastructure, ensuring its performance, scalability, and overall efficiency.

• Your responsibilities will include providing support for the configuration, setup, and integration of network devices to enhance the network’s efficiency.

• You will be tasked with ensuring that network security protocols and compliance standards are adhered to across all network configurations.

• You will continuously monitor network performance, diagnose any issues, and implement optimizations to maintain optimal efficiency and reliability.

• Providing ongoing support for the network infrastructure will be a key responsibility to ensure uptime, availability, and functionality.

• You will be expected to implement network upgrades, improvements, and expansions to meet the growing needs of the business.

• Documenting network designs, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and standard operating procedures will be a crucial part of the role.

• You will offer guidance and training to junior network engineers and internal teams on network management best practices and troubleshooting.

• You will assist with network-related technical projects and provide expert advice on networking solutions for ongoing and future initiatives.
