EDV Werke is looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager

Working Model: EU, Remote (occasional travel to Basel, expenses covered)

Form of cooperation: B2B Contract

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Management: Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across Networks, Data Centers, SecDevOps, Citrix, and Workplace Services.
  • Strategic Oversight: Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Large PM Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of over 10 Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal resource allocation, balancing workloads and maintaining project health.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
  • Issue Resolution: Anticipate project risks, address challenges promptly, and deliver solutions that meet organizational standards.
  • Industry Understanding: Leverage experience in the pharmaceutical industry to handle industry-specific compliance, quality standards, and security requirements.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Provide regular status updates, financial tracking, and milestone reporting to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Infrastructure Projects: 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in areas like Networks, Data Centers, SecDevOps, Citrix, and Workplace Services.
  • Team Management: 7+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ Project Managers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Pharmaceutical Experience: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating an understanding of its regulatory and compliance landscape.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Results Orientation: Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to scope.
