Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience working with Azure AI Foundry or comparable AI development platforms, including Azure Cognitive Services and Bot Framework. Hands-on expertise in building, optimizing, and deploying conversational AI models or chatbots.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning methodologies. Skilled in AI model development processes such as training, fine-tuning, and testing.
  • Integration Skills: Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications such as Salesforce, PowerApps, or other business platforms to enhance workflows and user experience.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex AI-related challenges and implement effective solutions with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication and Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.
  • AI Solution Architecture: Experience designing and architecting AI-powered systems ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability in enterprise environments.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple AI development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, collaborating closely with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Committed to staying updated with the latest AI technologies and trends, proactively applying new knowledge to improve existing solutions and drive innovation.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Expertise in validating AI models’ performance through rigorous testing, monitoring, and iterative improvements to meet accuracy and reliability standards.

Responsibilities:

  • AI Model Development and Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI models using Azure AI Foundry and related platforms.
  • Conversational Agent Development: Build AI-powered chatbots and conversational agents for use cases such as customer service and business process automation.
  • Model Fine-Tuning and Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune AI models, enhancing performance, accuracy, and natural language processing.
  • AI Consultation and Strategy: Provide expert advice on AI Foundry solutions and strategies to clients, recommending best practices for conversational AI integration.
  • Workflow Assessment and Improvement: Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify AI opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Lead workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients on AI Foundry features and model optimization techniques.
  • Business Application Integration: Work with technical teams to integrate AI models and conversational agents into enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and PowerApps.
  • Data Integration and Optimization: Ensure smooth integration of external data sources and optimize data flow between AI systems and business applications.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set up and manage monitoring systems to track AI model and chatbot performance.
  • Reporting and Insight Generation: Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous AI model improvements.
  • Scalability and Security Compliance: Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with relevant privacy regulations.
  • Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Work directly with clients to gather requirements and ensure AI solutions meet business objectives.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization assistance to clients after deployment.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Document AI strategies, implementations, and solutions for internal and client use.
  • Project Coordination and Management: Manage AI development projects, coordinating resources and timelines to meet delivery goals.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated on new AI technologies and experiment with emerging tools to enhance conversational AI capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute testing protocols to ensure AI model accuracy, robustness, and ethical compliance.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify risks in AI deployments and implement strategies to address security and compliance challenges.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Promote knowledge sharing, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members to strengthen AI expertise.
