Tasks:

• Business Analysis: Analyze business needs to define KPIs and actionable insights

• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather data requirements and align analytics with strategy

• Data Storytelling: Craft compelling visualizations to communicate complex insights

• Technical Power BI Expertise: Apply deep Power BI skills for dashboard development and modeling

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards

• Data Integration: Connect dashboards to SQL, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems

• Backend Collaboration: Work with data engineers to define modeling requirements

• Data Preparation: Clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis

• Data Modeling: Build and maintain scalable models with measures, calculated columns, and DAX

• Performance Optimization: Improve dashboard speed and ensure smooth user experience

• Governance & Security: Implement access controls and data security measures

• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Deliver on-demand analyses and identify trends for decision-making

• Training & Documentation: Create guides and training materials for end users

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven Experience: Power BI, business intelligence, or analytics consulting background

• Power BI Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Desktop and Service platforms

• Modeling & DAX Skills: Strong expertise in data modeling and DAX formulas

• Data Integration Skills: Experience connecting dashboards to SQL and cloud sources

• ETL Knowledge: Solid understanding of data preparation and ETL concepts

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Stakeholder Experience: Work directly with business users in corporate settings

• Communication Skills: Clearly convey insights to non-technical audiences

• Dashboard Design: Ability to create scalable dashboards and robust models

• Governance Knowledge: Apply best practices for dashboard management and security

• Performance Tuning: Optimize dashboards for speed and efficiency

• Documentation Skills: Prepare comprehensive training materials and usage guides

Nice to Have:

• Digital Analytics: Experience with digital analytics or customer journey analysis

• SQL Optimization: Skills in query tuning and performance improvement

• Programming Knowledge: Python or other analytical programming languages

• Consulting Experience: Multi-stakeholder or consulting environment familiarity

• BI Governance: Understanding of enterprise BI governance frameworks
