EDV Werke is looking for a Business Analyst / IT Lead.

Form of cooperation: B2B Contract
Tasks:
- Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Definition Analyze business requirements, identify impacted systems, and define solution approaches aligned with business goals.
- End-to-End Solution Design Support Translate business objectives into structured implementation concepts covering integrations, dependencies, and system interactions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and integration teams to drive solution alignment.
- Cross-System Impact Analysis Evaluate functional and technical impacts across enterprise systems including APIs, ERP, CRM, SAP, and web applications.
- Delivery Coordination & Decision Tracking Support delivery planning by tracking dependencies, key decisions, and solution scope across multiple workstreams.
- Documentation & Communication Produce clear solution documentation and ensure understanding across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile Delivery Participation Support Agile processes and contribute to solution refinement in complex, evolving environments.
Must-Have Skills:
- Business Analysis or IT Lead Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or IT Lead for integrated web-based solutions.
- Solution-Oriented Analytical Skills Strong ability to analyze business problems, break down complexity, and define structured solution approaches.
- Enterprise Systems Understanding Knowledge of APIs, integrations, ERP/CRM systems, SAP environments, data flows, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Stakeholder Management Skills Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders including business, IT, architects, and delivery teams in complex environments.
- Communication & Translation Ability Strong capability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Complex Environment Experience Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple dependencies and parallel initiatives.
- Agile Delivery Knowledge Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery models.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Web Platform Experience Experience with integrated web solutions, including Drupal-based portals.
