Copilot Developer

• Copilot Solution Development Designing and customizing AI Copilot solutions to support validation of structured milestone documents and improve document review efficiency.
• Collaboration Platform Integration Integrating Copilot solutions with collaboration platforms and approved internal document repositories with controlled read-only access.
• Automated Document Pre-Checks Implementing automation for document summaries, validation checks, and compliance flagging to reduce manual review effort.
• Rule-Based Validation Logic Developing deterministic rule-based validation mechanisms to ensure consistent and reliable document verification processes.
• Solution Monitoring and Optimization Monitoring Copilot outputs during pilot operation and continuously tuning models, prompts, and validation logic to improve accuracy.

Must-Have Skills:

• AI Copilot Development Experience At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing AI Copilot or similar assistant solutions within enterprise environments.
• Enterprise Process Automation Experience Minimum 5 years of experience working with enterprise workflow automation, document validation processes, and governed operational procedures.
• Structured Document Workflow Experience At least 3 years of experience handling structured templates, compliance verification, and review-focused business documentation.
• Cloud and Automation Platform Skills Strong proficiency with enterprise cloud platforms, low-code automation tools, and integrations with collaboration systems.
• AI Document Processing Knowledge Experience implementing AI-assisted document processing, rule-based validation mechanisms, and structured summarization methods.
• Automation Tools Experience Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools used for orchestrating business processes and system integrations.
• Programming for AI Solutions Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages commonly used in AI and automation environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• AI or Cloud Technology Certifications Professional certifications related to cloud platforms or artificial intelligence technologies are considered an advantage.
