ERP Application Manager

• ERP System Administration and Development Managing ERP system operations, configuration, customizing, authorizations, and continuous system improvements.
• End-to-End Process Optimization Analyzing and optimizing operational business processes across sales, purchasing, production, logistics, and related areas.
• Application Support and Issue Resolution Providing 2nd-level support with structured troubleshooting, prioritization, and sustainable issue resolution.
• Change and Release Management Coordinating changes, testing, releases, approvals, and go-live support for ERP enhancements.
• Data Quality and Governance Management Ensuring master data quality through governance rules, monitoring, and correction processes.
• System Integration Coordination Managing interfaces and integrations including data flow analysis, testing, and acceptance support.
• Training and User Enablement Delivering trainings and workshops while supporting development of user and key-user competencies.
• Cross-Department Collaboration Working closely with business departments to align ERP processes with operational requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

• ERP Consulting or Administration Experience Several years of experience as an ERP consultant, administrator, or process owner in manufacturing environments.
• Manufacturing Process Knowledge Strong understanding of operational end-to-end processes within industrial or manufacturing companies.
• ERP Optimization and Rollout Experience Experience optimizing ERP systems from process analysis through implementation, testing, and rollout.
• ERP System Knowledge Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems used for business process management and operations.
• Business Process and ERP Integration Skills Strong understanding of how business processes are mapped and managed within ERP platforms.
• Structured Problem-Solving Skills Structured working style with strong execution and analytical capabilities.
• Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration Clear communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
• German Language Proficiency Very good written and spoken German language skills with English considered beneficial.
