IT Business Analyst SAP FICO Expert 

• SAP FICO Treasury Business Analysis Working with global teams to design, develop, and implement SAP FICO solutions within treasury and finance domains.
• Finance Process Design and Optimization Defining and improving financial processes including payments, foreign currency, and treasury operations across ERP systems.
• Requirements Engineering and Solution Design Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system specifications and solution designs.
• System Implementation and Testing Support Supporting design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of SAP and integrated third-party solutions.
• Cross-System Integration Coordination Working with integrated ERP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA and external financial systems.
• Operational Support and Incident Handling Managing daily operational tasks and resolving incidents through enterprise ticketing systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment Working closely with global business teams, IT product owners, and cross-regional stakeholders.
• Project Delivery and Functional Leadership Driving finance-related projects and contributing to operational excellence initiatives.

Must-Have:

• SAP FICO Business Analysis Experience At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in SAP FICO environments within treasury domains.
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA Expertise Experience working with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA systems in finance and treasury contexts.
• Finance Module Knowledge Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking, and treasury functions.
• Financial Process Integration Knowledge Strong understanding of finance integration processes and enterprise financial system flows.
• Business Analysis and Analytical Skills Strong conceptual and analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• ERP Implementation Experience Proven track record of implementing SAP or third-party financial system integrations.
• Communication and Collaboration Skills Strong English communication skills with ability to work in multicultural and global teams.
• Enterprise Tool Experience Familiarity with collaboration and ticketing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
