Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow Micro Certifications
  • ServiceNow Mainline Certifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, including hands-on experience in IT service and operations management, IT service design, and IT infrastructure
  • Strong expertise in Solution or Enterprise Architecture within IT environments
  • Proficiency in IT Infrastructure management and Business Analysis
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong assertiveness and conflict management abilities
  • Ability to coordinate activities on a global scale
  • Experience working in Operational Technology (OT) environments
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English (technical proficiency is essential)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure the adoption of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies for solution development, testing, and release.
  • Develop strategies, architectures, and proof-of-concept (POC) implementations to support technology direction and investment decisions.
  • Oversee and manage third-party teams to ensure solutions align with business and technology strategies.
  • Establish and track short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, executing an annual operational plan.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to assess existing implementations and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with external partners, including ServiceNow and integration providers, to maintain platform security and updates.
  • Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with enterprise IT and business transformation goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and architecture to support scalability and governance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational and strategic objectives.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a nice-to-have
