Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP HR Consultant to join our team, playing a key role in supporting business operations and projects. This Senior SAP HR Consultant will be pivotal in ensuring project success, managing stakeholder interactions, and facilitating seamless transitions during critical periods. The role requires expertise in SAP HR modules, managing complex HR environments, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet stringent international standards and business requirements.


  • Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Management – Gather and analyze business requirements, managing stakeholders and technology to ensure project success, including changes and incident resolutions
  • Project Build Activities – Participate in building and implementing SAP HR solutions within assigned projects to meet business requirements and project timelines
  • Maintenance Tasks – Perform maintenance tasks as per Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management processes to address and resolve incidents with minimal disruption
  • Technical Solution Provision – Provide technical solutions that align with business requirements and develop innovative SAP HR solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer – Document processes, solutions, and best practices, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions, coaching, and training for team members and stakeholders
  • Critical Support – Offer support during critical periods and processes to ensure smooth operation and continuity, proactively addressing potential issues and mitigating risks
  • Data Model Standardization – Standardize the data model across various SAP HR solutions, managing requirements and designing solutions to ensure consistency and compliance with international standards


  • SAP-HR PA Expertise – High experience with SAP-HR PA (Personnel Administration)
  • SAP-HR OM Expertise – High experience with SAP-HR OM (Organizational Management)
  • SAP HR SuccessFactors Integration – High experience in integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors
  • English Proficiency – High English level
  • Issue and Incident Resolution – Experience solving issues and incidents related to HR-PA, HR-OM, and the integration between SuccessFactors and SAP
  • Consulting Experience – High experience in consulting with a minimum of 5 years of seniority service
  • International Project Experience – Experience in international projects, covering all steps of the project life-cycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, customizing, testing, key user training, data migration, cutover activities, and GoLive support
  • Maintenance Activities – Experience in maintenance activities, including incidents and changes
  • ITIL and ISO Processes – Experience working in a service-driven, customer-oriented environment based on ITIL processes, ISO 20000, and ISO 27000 standards
  • SuccessFactors and SAP HR Integration Knowledge – Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP HR
  • Team Orientation – Strong orientation towards team working
  • Customer Focus – Strong customer focus


  • Development Knowledge – Development knowledge, particularly in ABAP, is an advantage.
  • Spanish Payroll and Time Management Knowledge – Knowledge in Spanish Payroll and Time Management is an advantage
