Role Summary:

We are looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to help expand agile practices across various areas of their organization. Initially, they began implementing agile methodologies in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) area and are now aiming to extend these practices to additional areas, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Machine Connectivity, and IT/OT (Information Technology/Operational Technology).

Responsibilities:

  • Support Agile Expansion: Lead the adoption of agile practices in various areas, primarily focusing on IIoT and IT/OT, with additional support for ERP, MES, and Machine Connectivity.
  • Adapt to Diverse Methodologies: Work with teams practicing different agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and provide coaching tailored to each approach.
  • Cultivate an Agile Mindset: Foster an agile culture within the team, promoting flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Guide Teams Based on Roadmaps: Help teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers, align their work with targets and roadmap priorities using agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile Processes: Oversee the day-to-day activities of agile teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and guiding teams through sprints, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach on Agile Tools and Techniques: Provide training and support on agile tools, techniques, and practices to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in diverse areas such as IIoT, ERP, MES, Machine Connectivity, and IT/OT.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to effectively guide and mentor teams.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on building strong relationships within the team.
