Role Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join our team in remote position. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Salesforce systems to enhance business operations and support our sales and service teams. Responsibilities include configuring Salesforce features, customizing applications to meet business needs, ensuring data integrity and security, and managing user access. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving system issues, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, and providing training and support to end-users. Additionally, the Salesforce System Administrator will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities:
- User and License Management: Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including setting up and deactivating users, managing roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- User Support: Handle user support tickets to resolve issues and provide assistance with Salesforce functionality and usage.
- Requirements Gathering: Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce configurations meet business needs.
- Salesforce Configuration Changes: Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including modifications to Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
- Data Integrity and Quality: Monitor and manage data integrity, perform data imports and exports, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across the Salesforce system.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, including creating user guides and conducting workshops to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Salesforce
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address and resolve system issues and bugs promptly, working closely with Salesforce support and development teams as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Effective Communication: Utilize strong English communication skills to clearly document system changes, create user guides, and interact with stakeholders, ensuring all technical and non-technical information is conveyed accurately and effectively.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification: Possession of a Salesforce Administrator Certificate, demonstrating formal qualification and understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Salesforce administrator or developer role, showcasing hands-on expertise with Salesforce systems
- Salesforce Development Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development, including the use of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to customize and extend Salesforce functionality.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model: Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and schema design.
- Experience with Salesforce Integration: Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party integration tools.
- Ability to Manage Salesforce Security: Ability to manage Salesforce security settings, including user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data protection and access control.
- Customization and Configuration Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce features, including page layouts, record types, workflow rules, validation rules, and automation tools like Process Builder and Flow
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment efficiently.
- Experience with Salesforce Reporting and Analytics: Expertise in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
