Role Summary:

We are searching for a Cloud Governance Consultant to join our team, focused on delivering comprehensive cloud security solutions for international clients. This role entails assessing cloud infrastructure, implementing governance policies, conducting audits, and providing strategic advice, offering a dynamic environment for advancing cloud security capabilities within a collaborative team setting.


  • Assessment and Evaluation: Analyze the organization’s cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with security policies and governance frameworks.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive cloud security policies and governance structures.
  • Security Audits and Compliance Checks: Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and support to internal teams regarding cloud security best practices and governance processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with cloud deployments.
  • Incident Response: Manage and respond to security breaches or incidents involving the organization’s cloud resources.
  • Consultation and Advisory: Offer strategic advice to enhance cloud security and governance, aligning with the business objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years in IT Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles.
  • Expertise in cloud IT security and governance, with a focus on AWS environments.
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing IT security policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in managing IT security projects, including assessments and audits.
  • Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Security – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate level or higher.
  • Exceptional skills in synthesis and analysis.
  • Strong capability in producing detailed documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in IT Security standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Swift Customer Security Controls Framework, and the ISO 27000 series on Information Security Management Systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is an added advantage.
