  • ERP System Administration and Development<\/strong> Managing ERP system operations, configuration, customizing, authorizations, and continuous system improvements.<\/li>\n
  • End-to-End Process Optimization<\/strong> Analyzing and optimizing operational business processes across sales, purchasing, production, logistics, and related areas.<\/li>\n
  • Application Support and Issue Resolution<\/strong> Providing 2nd-level support with structured troubleshooting, prioritization, and sustainable issue resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Change and Release Management<\/strong> Coordinating changes, testing, releases, approvals, and go-live support for ERP enhancements.<\/li>\n
  • Data Quality and Governance Management<\/strong> Ensuring master data quality through governance rules, monitoring, and correction processes.<\/li>\n
  • System Integration Coordination<\/strong> Managing interfaces and integrations including data flow analysis, testing, and acceptance support.<\/li>\n
  • Training and User Enablement<\/strong> Delivering trainings and workshops while supporting development of user and key-user competencies.<\/li>\n
  • Cross-Department Collaboration<\/strong> Working closely with business departments to align ERP processes with operational requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n

    Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • ERP Consulting or Administration Experience<\/strong> Several years of experience as an ERP consultant, administrator, or process owner in manufacturing environments.<\/li>\n
    • Manufacturing Process Knowledge<\/strong> Strong understanding of operational end-to-end processes within industrial or manufacturing companies.<\/li>\n
    • ERP Optimization and Rollout Experience<\/strong> Experience optimizing ERP systems from process analysis through implementation, testing, and rollout.<\/li>\n
    • ERP System Knowledge<\/strong> Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems used for business process management and operations.<\/li>\n
    • Business Process and ERP Integration Skills<\/strong> Strong understanding of how business processes are mapped and managed within ERP platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Structured Problem-Solving Skills<\/strong> Structured working style with strong execution and analytical capabilities.<\/li>\n
    • Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration<\/strong> Clear communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and teams.<\/li>\n
