  • QA Strategy & Test Design:<\/strong> Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including test case definition, test design, and automation coverage for web applications and API microservices.<\/li>\n
  • Automation Development:<\/strong> Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks and automation tools, including Tricentis Tosca and related technologies.<\/li>\n
  • Quality Assurance Execution:<\/strong> Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression testing activities to ensure that all software changes are validated before production releases.<\/li>\n
  • CI\/CD Integration:<\/strong> Integrate automated testing into CI\/CD pipelines to create automated quality gates and ensure continuous validation of software builds and deployments.<\/li>\n
  • Defect & Risk Management:<\/strong> Identify, document, and analyze defects and quality risks, providing clear root-cause insights and actionable recommendations.<\/li>\n
  • Agile Team Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with developers, product owners, and scrum teams to support iterative delivery and maintain high quality standards across development cycles.<\/li>\n
  • API & Microservices Validation:<\/strong> Design and execute testing scenarios for backend services and API-driven microservice architectures to ensure reliability and stability.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring:<\/strong> Support development teams with QA best practices, guide testing strategies, and contribute to improving engineering quality culture.<\/li>\n
  • Continuous QA Improvement:<\/strong> Evaluate existing testing approaches and introduce automation, tooling, or process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Automation Testing Expertise:<\/strong> Strong hands-on experience with automated testing for web UI and backend APIs using modern automation tools and frameworks.<\/li>\n
    • API Testing Knowledge:<\/strong> Practical experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, RestAssured, or comparable solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Test Automation Frameworks:<\/strong> Solid knowledge of testing frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.<\/li>\n
    • CI\/CD Pipeline Integration:<\/strong> Experience integrating automated testing into CI\/CD workflows using platforms such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.<\/li>\n
    • Version Control & Build Tools:<\/strong> Proficiency with Git and familiarity with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle.<\/li>\n
    • Software Testing Methodologies:<\/strong> Strong understanding of testing lifecycle processes including test planning, test design, execution, and reporting.<\/li>\n
    • Agile Development Practices:<\/strong> Experience working within Agile software delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.<\/li>\n
    • AI in QA Practices:<\/strong> Practical experience leveraging AI capabilities to support test generation, analysis, or automation efficiency in day-to-day QA activities.<\/li>\n
    • Analytical & Critical Thinking:<\/strong> Strong ability to identify quality risks, analyze system behavior, and challenge existing processes to improve outcomes.<\/li>\n
    • Communication & Collaboration:<\/strong> Ability to communicate technical testing concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional engineering teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Nice-to-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Tricentis Tosca Experience:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for enterprise-level test automation and quality management.<\/li>\n
      • Infrastructure as Code Exposure:<\/strong> Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or comparable technologies.<\/li>\n
      • Cloud & Microservices Testing:<\/strong> Experience validating distributed cloud-based systems and microservice-oriented architectures.<\/li>\n
      • QA Process Optimization:<\/strong> Ability to evaluate and improve QA processes, automation coverage, and release validation practices.<\/li>\n
