For one of the strategic IT projects EDV Werke is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Analyst

Position descripiton:

• Technologies: : SAP Success Factors, ITIL
• Location: Poland, Hybrid
• Area and form of employment: Project, B2B
• Experience level: Senior

Your main tasks as the SAP SuccessFactors Analyst will be:

• Troubleshooting incidents and problems reported by end users
• Performing Initial diagnosis to resolve incidents, executing functional validation that the problem is significant and either IT or process related
• Assessing whether all the information required for Level 2 is available before dispatching
• Working with unassigned issues in ServiceNow, reassign, dispatch and comment as required
• Delivering “how to” guides to the customer when the incident has a known resolution
• Troubleshooting simple workflow blockages in Employee Central
• Clarifying key data flows in the HR IT system landscape to end users
• Executing regression tests on resolved incidents
• Updating FAQs, knowledge articles and manuals when necessary
• Resolving complex workflow problems in Employee Central and Onboarding
• Collaborating with release management to test and evaluate the impact of new releases and features
• Supporting local teams in creating new reports and dashboards, troubleshooting as needed

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Proficiency in SAP Success Factors especially in designing, testing and deploying new solutions
• Customizing, configurations and support experience
• Experience in ITIL environment
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English and Polish skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if you had: 

• Technical education
• Certificate in SAP SuccessFactors
• German language
