EDV Werke is looking for an SAP Analytics Cloud SME (Subject-matter expert)

The main tasks for the SAP Analytics Cloud SME (Subject-matter expert) are:

Working as a member of the Global IT team that prepares one of the biggest SAP Analytics Cloud implementations in the world (8000 unique users daily, 50000 story views daily)
Playing a role of a Single Point of Contact for all SAP Analytics Cloud support tickets (L3 support)
Designing and deploying CRM cycles throughout the life cycle of members and subscribers: reception cycle, development of use, satisfaction, retention, reactivation
Responding to technical questions coming from SAC Developers (40+ developers)
Escalating in the user management area and integrating with SAP Identity Management (IDM)
Supporting developers with SAC Best Practice implementation and BW queries / SAC Stories performance tunning
Taking part in SAC-related projects, but the main focus is on day-to-day platform operations and community support

The Candidate should have:

Professional background in SAP Analytics Cloud, ideally in platform administration
Professional background in SAP BW – development, performance optimization, query design
Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of French
Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had a professional background in:

SAP Analytics Cloud with BW4/HANA Live Connection
