For one of the strategic IT projects EDV Werke is looking for a Junior Industrial Digital Engineer

Position descripiton:

Technologies: Industrial, Mechatronic, IOT, PLC
Location: Buttrio, Udine
Area and form of employment: B2B
Experience level: Junior

Your main tasks as the Junior Industrial Digital Engineer will be:

Supporting in the digitization of new goods or product lines.
Knowing how to recognize the best architectural resolution for field data recovery.
Managing of field procedures (Mobus, UPC/UA, PLC etc..)
Interfacing IOT with current field procedures (PLC automation).
Defining prognostic models centered on data taken from the equipment
Implementing of machine telemetry to lead the customer in making decisions in a analytical way.
Managing of growth, testing, implementation and maintenance corresponding to shared milestones

To be successful in this role you should have:

Industrial expert diploma or Engineering grade or related
Prior knowledge (academic or professional) of at minimum 1 year in the role of data scientist
IoT basic understanding
Basic understanding of prognostic methods using ML and AI.
Expertise of instruments and programming languages (Python, Java, etc…)
Earlier practice in IIOT, effective experience in connecting field gear using IOT technologies.
Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if you had:

Technical and technological education in the mechatronic
Flexibility and Determination
Availability to travel
