For one of the strategic IT projects EDV Werke is looking for a IT Support Specialist

Position descripiton:

Technologies: IT Support, Hardware, Software
Location: Zug, Switzerland – onsite
Area and form of employment: Support, Perm
Experience level: Mid

Your main tasks as the IT Support Specialist will be:

Resolving technical difficulties of personnel (software, and hardware)
Disconnecting/connecting computers/lapotops, internet
Supporting videoconference gatherings (teams)
Aiding in arranging external appointments ( organizing a room for a meeting at a place other than the office).
About once a year about 3 days conference outside the office – as a technical support ( in Swiss)

To be successful in this role you should have:

Micorosoft Services
Windows servers
Expertise of MAC tools and software
O365 tools
Outlook mail
Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
Great English skills (written and spoken)
