Position: IT Analyst – Technical Support.

Your main tasks as the IT Analyst (Technical Support) will be:
- Providing installations, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all desktop hardware/software technologies
- Assisting in the configuration and operation of audiovisual hardware according to end-user requirements
- Identifying suitable hardware/software based on corporate policy and end-user requirements
- Performing activations and supporting mobile devices
- Responding to incidents within SLA, or in a timely manner; with an appropriate level of urgency, and following up with customers on all issues
- Forwarding incidents and questions to appropriate support groups
- Supporting events, such as infrastructure changes, software releases and BCP etc.
- Providing help in team abilities and functions through positive customer relations.
The Candidate should have:
- At least 1 to 2 years proven successful track record in a similar function
- Flexibility to cover support for remote offices
- Customer and business-oriented approach to ensure the service provided is efficient
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English skills (written and spoken)
It would be a plus if you had a good level of the German language.
