  • Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Definition<\/strong> Analyze business requirements, identify impacted systems, and define solution approaches aligned with business goals.<\/li>\n
  • End-to-End Solution Design Support<\/strong> Translate business objectives into structured implementation concepts covering integrations, dependencies, and system interactions.<\/li>\n
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation<\/strong> Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and integration teams to drive solution alignment.<\/li>\n
  • Cross-System Impact Analysis<\/strong> Evaluate functional and technical impacts across enterprise systems including APIs, ERP, CRM, SAP, and web applications.<\/li>\n
  • Delivery Coordination & Decision Tracking<\/strong> Support delivery planning by tracking dependencies, key decisions, and solution scope across multiple workstreams.<\/li>\n
  • Documentation & Communication<\/strong> Produce clear solution documentation and ensure understanding across technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n
  • Agile Delivery Participation<\/strong> Support Agile processes and contribute to solution refinement in complex, evolving environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n

    Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Business Analysis or IT Lead Experience<\/strong> Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or IT Lead for integrated web-based solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Solution-Oriented Analytical Skills<\/strong> Strong ability to analyze business problems, break down complexity, and define structured solution approaches.<\/li>\n
    • Enterprise Systems Understanding<\/strong> Knowledge of APIs, integrations, ERP\/CRM systems, SAP environments, data flows, and software delivery lifecycles.<\/li>\n
    • Stakeholder Management Skills<\/strong> Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders including business, IT, architects, and delivery teams in complex environments.<\/li>\n
    • Communication & Translation Ability<\/strong> Strong capability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.<\/li>\n
    • Complex Environment Experience<\/strong> Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple dependencies and parallel initiatives.<\/li>\n
    • Agile Delivery Knowledge<\/strong> Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
