  • Cloud Platform Development & Operation –<\/strong> Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud services, APIs, and backend components using modern frameworks.<\/li>\n
  • Technical Ownership & Continuous Improvement –<\/strong> Drive technical enhancements, address technical debt, and improve solution concepts proactively.<\/li>\n
  • Infrastructure & Automation Implementation –<\/strong> Build Infrastructure-as-Code modules, automation scripts, and cloud-native components for AWS and Kubernetes.<\/li>\n
  • System Performance & Reliability Optimization –<\/strong> Optimize system scalability, performance, and reliability using testing, monitoring, and engineering best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Quality, Security & Engineering Excellence –<\/strong> Apply secure coding, testing, observability, and documentation standards; lead code reviews and refactoring.<\/li>\n
  • Collaboration & Mentoring –<\/strong> Work with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and align solutions with organizational goals.<\/li>\n
  • Lifecycle & Process Improvement –<\/strong> Enhance software development lifecycle processes for efficiency, maintainability, and scalability using modern practices.<\/li>\n
  • Platform Feature Design & Solution Presentations –<\/strong> Participate in platform design discussions, present solutions to technical leadership, and influence technical direction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n

    Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Software Engineering Experience –<\/strong> 5+ years as Software Engineer, SysOps Engineer, API Engineer, or similar in cloud environments.<\/li>\n
    • Programming & Framework Expertise –<\/strong> Hands-on experience with Java, SpringBoot, scripting languages, and CI\/CD\/DevOps tools like GitLab, Terraform, EKS.<\/li>\n
    • Cloud & Microservices Knowledge –<\/strong> Proven experience with AWS, microservices architecture, REST APIs, pub\/sub, and event-driven design.<\/li>\n
    • Infrastructure-as-Code & Automation Skills –<\/strong> Experience designing, building, and operating IaC modules and automation pipelines.<\/li>\n
    • Technical Ownership & Agile Collaboration –<\/strong> Ability to take ownership, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively in Agile teams.<\/li>\n
    • Cloud Security & Resilience Knowledge –<\/strong> Solid understanding of cloud security, reliability, and operational best practices.<\/li>\n
    • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills –<\/strong> Strong analytical capabilities with ability to handle complex technical challenges.<\/li>\n
